How do I place an order?

Choose from any of our partner restaurants to the left to view and order from their menu. We are unable to place orders over the phone, but if you are having trouble with ordering, please give us a call at 662 538 8380.  Some items on each menu are not available everyday so be sure to check each header in the menus for availability.

How long does it take for delivery?

Typical delivery times range from 30 to 45 minutes.  At the checkout screen you will be given an estimated time of delivery.  This time is generated by the average preparation time for each restaurant and the estimated time to drive to your address.  Please be sure that the phone number that you use when ordering is accessible.  If there is a problem or delay with your order, we will contact you.

*During busy hours of the restaurants, your order may take longer than the estimated time that you were given.

*While our drivers do their very best to keep your food warm, deliveries to the county may not be as fresh.

Should I tip my driver?

Yes!  Our drivers are paid primarily with tips.  Please consider their prompt and professional service to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed with the restaurant, your order cannot be canceled.  If the restaurant that you order from does not have what you ordered or if they are closed, we can cancel your order.  Refunds can take up to 5 business days on cancelled orders.

Can I order from more than one restaurant?

Yes!  You will be able to order from multiple restaurants.  Please leave us a comment letting us know that it is part of a multiple order.  The order minimum and delivery fee will apply to each order.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Call us as soon as possible at 662 538 8380.  Do NOT text, our phone is not monitored for texts.  Also, do NOT contact your driver.  Your driver will not have the information needed to help you.  We will verify the mistake with the restaurant and your delivery driver will either re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or provide you with a refund.  If your delivery driver re-delivers an item to you, the incorrect item must be given to the driver.  We are contracted with all restaurants to bring back any incorrect items.

Are the prices the same as the prices charged in the restaurant?

Prices on our website may vary from the prices charged in the restaurant.  This includes, but is not limited to, specials that the restaurants may have.  Coupons and special discounts offered by the restaurants can not be applied when ordering through our service.
